For those attending the 35th Anniversary Banquet tomorrow night, here are some important reminders and updates:

Drop-off for Auction Items: If you have Silent Auction or Live Auction items to contribute, the 35th Anniversary committee will be ready to receive them at Ullsvik Hall from 2:15 PM to 2:45 PM tomorrow (Saturday) afternoon.

Check-in/Registration: Check-in and registration will take place from 5:15 PM to 6:15 PM.

Social Hour Activity: During the social hour, our emcees for the evening, Lynette Dornink & Tyler Dornink, have organized an engaging activity. Participating in this activity not only enters you into a drawing to win a $100 VISA gift card but also gives you an additional chance at winning a door prize. More details will be provided during check-in.

50/50 Raffle: Don't forget to bring cash for the 50/50 Raffle organized by the Chapters!

Payment for Auction Items: Please note that payments for Silent/Live Auction Items can only be made in cash, check, Venmo, or Cash App.

If you haven't RSVP'd to the banquet, an email from the Ceres Association Gmail account (uwplattceresassociation) was sent between 10 p.m. last night and 12 p.m. today. Please check your spam/junk/quarantine filter if you do not see it in your inbox. As a reminder, RSVPs are needed by next Friday the 22nd.

35th Anniversary Updates

1. Hotel Blocks
Holiday Inn- There are 7 rooms left available on Saturday night (there are plenty of rooms on Friday night). Block expires when those are booked or 3/30/24 which ever comes first. $159 for 2 Queen or 1 King. 608.348.2238 and ask for the CeresFarmHouse room block
Country Inn & Suites- Hotel block has been extended and now expires THIS SUNDAY March 10th. $125 for 2 Queen or 1 King. 608.315.9495 and ask for CeresFH35 room block
Super 8- Block has expired. Current pricing for the weekend is $135/night
2. Apparel

Pick up at Banquet- you must ORDER BY MARCH 18th. Select 'Pick up my Order' at checkout.
Ship Direct- you must ORDER BY MARCH 27th. Select 'Ship my Order' at checkout. Shipping charges will be added to your total price.
