Since there are only 11 candidates for the 11 seats in the Board, the ballots cast this morning which bear the names of the 11 candidates automatically elect them all. Therefore, any futher vote/ballot is unnecessary.

If there are not at least 11 candidates as members of the LVHA Board, there will be a failure of election this coming Dec 28. LVHA therefore will have no officers and will become dormant because the current set of officers are not willing to extend their term. And the security services will be terminated when the contract expires in April. With no officers there will be no collectors, and with no collectors there will be no funds.

If the residents want to continue enjoying the peace and security in the village, they must be willing to serve in the board.

ELECTION OF OFFICERS FOR THE LUZVIMINDA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION WILL BE ON DEC 27 & DEC 28 (SAT & SUN) FROM 7:00AM TO 5:00PM. ONLY HOMEOWNERS WHO HAVE PAID THEIR MONTHLY DUES UP TO NOVEMBER 2025 ARE ELIGIBLE TO VOTE.

THOSE INTERESTED TO RUN AS CANDIDATE PLEASE FILL OUT THE FORM (CERTIFICATE OF CANDIDACY). IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE FORM, YOU MAY OBTAIN THIS THRU VIRGIE REYES OR ROLDAN RODRIGUEZ. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION DEC 22, 2025.

We are auctioning the used GI sheets (old roof of our stage). These can be inspected at the park.

1. Only homeowner in good standing (homeowner who is updated with his/her monthly dues, at least as of Aug 2025) is qualified to bid.

3. Bidding will close at exactly 12:00 PM Oct 25, 2025.
4. Highest bid will be the winner.
5. Payment upon withdrawal of the materials
