Hey if you are new to the YSA welcome!
Now the Linktree in bio is way more up to date and detailed, but here is a quick list of all consistent activities every week! We also have special activities every so often from dances, service projects, hikes and more.
Now that’s a lot, so if you forget you can check our story for the closest activity coming up!
So come for some or come for all! Just know that the reason we do all this is to develop a more Christ like community that cares for one another! (Schedule in comments)

Life sometimes really sucks.
Sometimes it’s because we are not doing the right things and sometimes it still sucks even when we are trying our best.
If you are struggling emotionally or even have friends who struggle and would love to learn some ways you help them please come and learn how with Jesus Christ you can fortify your own emotional well being.
This is not professional therapy but it is a wealth of information! Having a sound mind is the start to a great journey so come join and be fortified!

Beginning Thursday, June 25, the ward will be holding a 10-week Emotional Resilience course at the Institute building every Thursday at 7:00pm. Brother and Sister Kreitlein will be facilitating.
The course will cover building emotional strength in the Lord, developing healthy thinking patterns, understanding our bodies and emotions, managing stress and anxiety, understanding sadness and depression, overcoming anger, managing addictive behaviors, building healthy relationships, providing strength to others, and moving forward with faith.
A lot of us can benefit from these topics, and at some point in our lives, many of these principles may become especially important. The more knowledge and understanding we have, the more help and strength we can offer to others. All members are encouraged to attend.
