Pag-Asa Youth Association of the Philippines- Tarlac Province, Represented by our Provincial PYAP Secretary - Shaina Guiang, actively attended the 𝙁𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩 𝙋𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙥𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙎𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙪𝙜𝙤 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙝 𝙄𝙢𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙩 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙜𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 2024 (𝙋𝙎𝙔𝙄𝘾 2024) held from August 23-27 at Bohol Tropics, Tagbilaran City, Bohol. Together with the various Youth Organizations under the Tarlac Provincial Youth Development Council.
The PSYIC 2024, with the theme “Connecting to Create Youth Impacts,” was organized by Youth Led Philippines.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Provincial Government of Tarlac, led by Governor Susan Yap, and to the Provincial Youth Development Office for their support.

Matagumpay na naidaos ang PYAP 50th Founding Anniversary REGION 3 Celebration na ginanap kahapon August 21, 2024 sa San Jose Del Monte Bulacan Convention Center, ito ay dinaluhan ng iba’t ibang Cities and Municipalities ng iba’t ibang Probinsya ng Region.

𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆 50𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗣𝗮𝗴-𝗔𝘀𝗮 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀!

The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) supports the Pag-Asa Youth Association of the Philippines (PYAP) as they celebrate their remarkable 50th anniversary with the theme, "Golden Milestone: Fostering Generational Youth-Led Initiatives for Inclusivity and Social Change."

PYAP is a nationwide, barangay-based organization for out-of-school youth aged 15-30 who are clients of the DSWD. It is structured in a federation from municipal to national levels, providing a platform for discussing youth issues and planning solutions. PYAP uses the DSWD’s Unlad Kabataan Program (formerly known as the Integrated Human Resource Development Program for Youth) to help members realize their potential, contribute to their communities, and engage in nation building.

Congratulations to PYAP on reaching this significant milestone and for the ongoing commitment to empowering youth and driving positive social change!
