In 2024, su***de-related deaths were four times higher among males than females.

This , let’s remember that seeking help is a sign of strength. By supporting one another, fighting su***de, and challenging stigma, we can build a future where no one suffers alone.

Yesterday, we welcomed more than 130 construction craft & industry professionals - along with their families, friends, and supporters - to the 2nd Annual Kansas Construction Hike for Hope. 🏗️👷‍♀️

The morning was filled with connection, encouragement, meaningful conversations, and of course, hiking. As attendees headed out, we heard one message again and again: “We needed this.”

The construction industry experiences more su***de deaths each year than deaths related to workplace injuries. Conversations around mental health aren’t always easy in this field, but together, we’re helping change that. 🧡

Thank you to everyone who joined us this weekend and helped make this event so impactful. If you missed it, don’t worry - there are plenty more opportunities to join the movement.
