InVenters was birthed out of Ricky Venters Enterprise to expose the next generation to the science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) fields and motivate them to pursue STEM related careers. The Ricky Venters Enterprise team has worked in many middle schools, high schools, and post secondary collegiate environments helping students achieve academic success and aiding their character development.
