Santa and his elves have been working diligently throughout the year to bring you our 47th annual Heber-Overgaard Community Children’s Christmas Party. Flyers will be sent home from Mountain Meadows and Capps this week. We hope to see you there!

Santa and his elves are busy getting ready to visit us! Keep an eye out for a flyer coming home from school after Thanksgiving with all the details. We Ho-Ho-Hope to see you there!

Come join us for this year’s craft fair and raffle benefit. 100% of the proceeds earned from this event will go directly towards our organization for the 2024 Heber-Overgaard Community Children’s Christmas Party. Our Elves are on standby ready to take booth reservations for all of the wonderful craft and food vendors. Food trucks are also welcome to make a reservation.

Raffle items are needed, if you would like to make a donation towards the raffle please contact one of the lovely ladies from the attached flyer. A special thank you to those who have already donated items.

With the help from our amazing team, volunteers and most importantly our community we have been able to keep the Children’s Christmas Party going for over 45 years. We appreciate all your support and can’t wait for this year’s upcoming Christmas Party.

We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of the volunteers who helped make this party happen! We couldn't do this without each and every one who helped shop, haul, wrap, set up, work the party and clean up. Awesome job! Now all of you elves can relax for a few months until it is time to do it again!!
