The Pinellas County Association of REALTISTS® (PCAR) is pleased to host a special educational meeting featuring the City of St. Petersburg’s new Community Development Block Grant–Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Homebuyer Assistance Program (HAP).

This is an important opportunity for housing professionals to learn about a new program that may provide up to $80,000 in assistance to eligible homebuyers purchasing within the City of St. Petersburg.
