About Us
With 20% of the world's surface freshwater, everyone should be able to trust the water from their faucet. Industry and government often expect citizens to pick up the bill for their environmental incompetence. This is wrong.
We look towards a hopeful future that retains our Pure Michigan resources. Whereas most groups take reactive stances on specific issues as they occur, we look towards proactive solutions. That means investing in our states renewable energy, working with labor to repair our crumbling infrastructure, and addressing problems at the source before they grow out of control.
Our team is working on quantifying the areas afflicting our water the most such as monoculture, runoff, industrial pollution, improper waste management, and corporate wells. Everything in nature is connected. Through education on the underlying mechanisms at work, we can address multiple issues like climate change, biodiversity loss, and upcoming problems simultaneously. Our vision is one of a prosperous Michigan that will: Expand Biodiversity, Expand Eco-services, and Expand our Sustainable Economy.
