The DDA holds a particularly special place in our organization as the sponsor of our Miss HollyDazzle and Miss HollyDazzle’s Teen titles. Their support goes far beyond the crowns. Each year, they provide our titleholders with some of their most memorable opportunities to serve, connect with the community, and be part of the magic of the HollyDazzle Festival of Lights. ✨🎄

From the Parade of Lights and holiday festivities to celebrating everything that makes our downtown community special, HollyDazzle gives our titleholders the opportunity to be visible, involved, and connected to the people they represent.

Since 2013, the Downtown Development Association has worked to advocate for, promote, grow, and improve the downtown community, bringing people together through events, activities, advocacy, and new ideas that continue to add vibrancy to Greater Grand Forks and East Grand Forks.
