Happy International Women in Science Day!

Women are still underrepresented in the STEM workforce. This gender gap is due to persistent biases in education pathways that limit access, preparation, and career opportunities for women and girls. Today is the International Day of , an occasion to empower women and girls and eliminate the gender biases and stereotypes that discriminate against them in the STEM fields. It's important to celebrate women and girls in science by raising awareness, amplifying their work, and supporting organizations that are working to change how girls perceive careers and their options.

Remember, every day counts!
