Registration is now open for the statewide Pennsylvania Invasive Replace-ive Program.

Residents can participate by removing an invasive tree or shrub from your property or with permission from a property owner (e.g., park, library, school), taking a photo of the removed plant(s), and attending an event to receive a replacement tree or shrub, available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.

A well-built pond doesn’t happen by accident. It starts with the right decisions:

✔ Site selection
✔ Soil evaluation
✔ Proper construction
✔ Habitat planning
✔ Fisheries management

When those pieces come together, you get results that last.
That’s exactly what we’ll be focusing on at the SLMP Regional Field Workshop in Butler, Pennsylvania on June 2.

This one-day field workshop brings together pond construction professionals, lake managers, fisheries specialists, and contractors to share practical knowledge from real projects.

No ballrooms. No formal dinner.
Just professionals building ponds better.

⚠️ Attendance will be limited.
