Tabitha of the New Testament (Act 9:36) was noted for good works.In Hebrew, the name Tabitha means-Beauty, grace.Biblical woman who "abounded in good deeds and gifts of mercy". We are a non-profit organization and your funds directly be utilized to the project. At current, we need $3000 for construction of big hall, store room, toilets, water and electricity facility and etc. Additional $600 for 6
Sewing machines and initial set up of Training Center where we can train 6 women (from Garbage dumps or Widows or financially-challenged) in 3 months of period. We need $400 every month for free distribution of 6 Sewing Machines to 6 trained women at the end of 3 months of training so that they may survive their family with good income. This also includes the Trainer salary, maintenance, repairs, care taker, tools, electricity bills and miscellaneous. Our goal is to transform many widows, poor, financially challenged and foot worn women to"Tabithas" through this project by helping them to learn tailoring skills so that they may stand on their own feet and survive their families and lift their heads up and live boldly in the society. Our wish is when they become "Tabitha" then other widows shalll be astonished and shalll be eager to join this Project and may rise up from their spiritually dead position to everlasting life.
