So wonderful that they were able to make this happen. Charities , like Hollys Hands , want to continue to do this and strive make sure it’s done with the best possible surgical technique, sterility and anesthetic safety.
Environmental conditions ie availability of supplies such as potable water and electricity are a challenge we always face.

We are happy to be on our way to Honduras in 1 month. We will be working outside of Tegucigalpa in the home town of Ada , a friend and coworker of Dr Allison Mayo. My husband will be accompanying me as well as a friend and another future animal technician, Julissa. Jim though not a veterinarian, he is a great, dependable instrument washer and community liaison. Dr Lisa Puscheck is a great new addition to our group. We will be offering surgery, vaccination , parasite control and general medicine. Please support our trip to help a community unable to care for their pets due to location or financial constraints.
