The MExU project aims to provide the opportunity to progress social development across the world. It does this through asking 6 questions, in a one-to-one environment; which will allow participants to explore deep personality traits and help to share stories that would otherwise be ignored. The primary purpose for this project is to create the historical evidence that governments will use to formu
late policy in the future. In thirty years, the minimum length for this project, civil society would've reached its peak in its ability to lobby governments. The Tunisian Revolution of 2010 and the Arab Spring represent the start of such movements away from the significance of elite figureheads deciding the governing laws for a nation. This information will not be interpreted and will represent the exact words mentioned by the participant, there will be no generalisations or analysis before it is used for government policy formulation or for education tools. The usefulness of this project will become clearer as its reach widens, but essentially everyone involved will be contributing to historical findings to create the largest bank of civilian perceptions and views of the world. In the short term, this will be done through creating channels of trust between the friends of the project, myself and with the participants; soon building into a web of connections and networks. In essence, this collaborative effort will mix cultures and boost cultural awareness further than it has ever stretched before. By 2027, the officers recruited and I will have reached 1 million people. In all, the under representation of society is vast and this gives the chance for those people who are marginalised in all sects of society to have their voice heard.
