We were thrilled to kick off IMPACT100 Sydney North's tenth year of giving with a memorable conversation about empowering First Nations young people. It was a huge privilege to listen and learn from First Nations voices - Scientia Professor Dr Megan Davis AC FAHA FASSA FAAL FAIIA, Ben Bowen from the The Indigenous Literacy Foundation, and Matthew Coe and Malikai Marr from Wildflower Gardens for Good, Impact100 Sydney North’s 2025 $100,000 Primary Grant Recipient.

The evening was a perfect reminder of why Impact100 Sydney North exists and what we do so well - bringing generous, caring and compassionate people together to make a difference. The issues we heard about are very close to the heart of Impact members. There was so much love in the room, the positive energy was palpable. It was a very special night.

10 years is an incredible milestone and a testament to the magic we’ve created together - the joy, the inspiration, the agency and sense of common humanity we all feel by playing our small part in creating positive change ... and how much that is amplified by doing it together. Congratulations again to our $100,000 Primary Grant Recipient WildFlower Gardens for Good and our three Impact Grant Recipients who each received $30,000 - Success Works, The Freedom Hub and T4A - Turbans 4 Australia. We are privileged to support these amazing organisations. In total we granted $190,000, breaking all records! Thank you as always to our generous members who make the grants possible.

Congratulations to our 2025 $100,000 Primary Grant Recipient WildFlower Gardens for Good!

Thanks to the generosity of members, we were thrilled to also grant three $30,000 impact grants to each of our runners up Success Works, T4A - Turbans 4 Australia and The Freedom Hub.

Huge thanks to all our grant applicants, Semi-finalists and Finalists for the crucial work you do to help the most vulnerable in our community.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Grants Celebration last night for making it such a success, and to all our generous members who make the grants possible. Please join us next year on Thursday 5 November 2026 to celebrate 10 years of giving!!

What an amazing kick off for the IMPACT100 Sydney North Granting Year! We were thrilled Zali Steggall was able to join us to officially launch our Impact year. Thank you to everyone who came for helping make it such a success. It was a deeply moving evening MCed by the wonderful Andrew Everingham. Despite the stark reality Australia has become increasingly unequal, and the affect on the most vulnerable in our community is as grim as it has ever been, our amazing speakers Cassandra Goldie CEO Australian Council of Social Service and Zachariah Matyseck CEO Australian Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Housing Association, offered practical solutions, inspiration, and hope. There was so much love in the room, the giving community we have created is very special indeed.
