Home Heart Hope The transition process into and out of Foster Care, can be stressful for all involved, and exceedingly for the children.

Our goal is to help create a path to making a home, mending a heart, and giving hope, by providing new clothing and basic toiletries.

The Foster Care & Adoption of Jackson County, Oregon released the following statement on their page yesterday. "We have been asked multiple times if there is still a need for foster homes in Jackson County. The answer is absolutely YES! We still have a critical shortage of foster homes. As of July 1, 2018 Jackson County has 493 children in care. We currently have 79 opened general foster homes and 192 opened child specific homes."
