Everyone involved with island football is reeling from the news today of the passing of former Representative Team skipper Aaron Cook.
In his 4th games Cookie captained the Island to gold in our home games and was due to be on the management team for the Faroes next year. Starting off at Downside Youth it was clear he was going to be some player, and so it transpired, having a stellar career at the top of the non league, captaining Salisbury City to some of the clubs finest moments. Today the world has lost a great player and a great man. Thoughts go out to all his family at this incredibly hard time but hopefully they can take solace from the fact that he was universally loved and respected by all who knew him.
Rest in Peace Aaron Cook 💔

ECS win the Hampshire Vase!

Goals from Ant Cowburn and Shaun Gulliver sealed the win despite a late goal from the oppo they held on to bring the cup back over to the island.
