"your subconscious mind as a great power if you convince it with any idea "
He was a student in one of the biggest universities in the world, Colombia University. He was a very smart student, but he wasn’t amazing. For him to be at Colombia University he had to be a student who is great and amongst the top. In his math class, while he was sitting in class with the professor teaching, he found himself very sleepy, and he was nodding off. Eventually, he put his head down on his desk and he fell asleep, and the professor continued teaching. Suddenly, he woke up to the voices of his peers. The class had ended, and he opened his eyes and found that the professor had written
two mathematical problems on the board. He got up and realized he missed
something important. He realized that was the homework, so he
copied the problems quickly in his notebook and left the class. He didn’t even talk to his peers after class because he was too tired and wanted to sleep. He went home, and when he was refreshed, he pulled out the two problems. When he saw them, he thought, “What is this? Why are these so difficult? They’re so difficult.” He then took a problem and decided he must solve it because his professor saw that he was asleep in class so he must at least had tried to do the homework. So, he went to the library with a problem and started opening references, because the problem was difficult. He spent 4 days trying to solve the problem, but he couldn’t get it. He spent 4 days afraid that the professor would ask about the homework, so he avoided opening his mouth in class. On the fifth day, he solved the difficult problems he couldn’t sleep 4 days to solve. He found that the professor stopped talking about the two problems, and he had killed himself to solve them. So, he was upset. He then went to the professor and told him, “I solved the problem.”
“What problem?” the doctor said.
The problem you had written on the board.” The student said.
“Were you daydreaming? The doctor said. The question I wrote on the board as an example
of something that the scholars weren’t able to solve. They are problems, scholars couldn’t
solve before. I was giving you an example, that not all mathematical equations can be solved.
“But I solved it!” the student said.
This young man solved the problem, despite being an average student, because he didn’t tell his subconscious mind that he can’t. He didn’t tell himself, “I can’t do it.” He didn’t convince himself that it’s impossible. He didn’t say I can’t do it; Will I be the genius? Hundreds weren’t able to do this before me, and always remember that just you need to try........
