"your subconscious mind as a great power if you convince it with any idea "
He was a student in one of the biggest universities in the world, Colombia University. He was a very smart student, but he wasn’t amazing. For him to be at Colombia University he had to be a student who is great and amongst the top. In his math class, while he was sitting in class with the professor teaching, he found himself very sleepy, and he was nodding off. Eventually, he put his head down on his desk and he fell asleep, and the professor continued teaching. Suddenly, he woke up to the voices of his peers. The class had ended, and he opened his eyes and found that the professor had written
two mathematical problems on the board. He got up and realized he missed
something important. He realized that was the homework, so he
copied the problems quickly in his notebook and left the class. He didn’t even talk to his peers after class because he was too tired and wanted to sleep. He went home, and when he was refreshed, he pulled out the two problems. When he saw them, he thought, “What is this? Why are these so difficult? They’re so difficult.” He then took a problem and decided he must solve it because his professor saw that he was asleep in class so he must at least had tried to do the homework. So, he went to the library with a problem and started opening references, because the problem was difficult. He spent 4 days trying to solve the problem, but he couldn’t get it. He spent 4 days afraid that the professor would ask about the homework, so he avoided opening his mouth in class. On the fifth day, he solved the difficult problems he couldn’t sleep 4 days to solve. He found that the professor stopped talking about the two problems, and he had killed himself to solve them. So, he was upset. He then went to the professor and told him, “I solved the problem.”
“What problem?” the doctor said.
The problem you had written on the board.” The student said.
“Were you daydreaming? The doctor said. The question I wrote on the board as an example
of something that the scholars weren’t able to solve. They are problems, scholars couldn’t
solve before. I was giving you an example, that not all mathematical equations can be solved.
“But I solved it!” the student said.
This young man solved the problem, despite being an average student, because he didn’t tell his subconscious mind that he can’t. He didn’t tell himself, “I can’t do it.” He didn’t convince himself that it’s impossible. He didn’t say I can’t do it; Will I be the genius? Hundreds weren’t able to do this before me, and always remember that just you need to try........

The person who invented over 1 thousand inventions and famous with the electric lamp I guess you know him now. Yes, he is Thomas Edison. The American inventor also, he was a businessman. He has been described as America's greatest inventor. He developed many devices in fields such as electric power generation, mass communication, sound recording, and motion pictures.
All of us know that Edison failed in his 99 tries, and success in the last one which was the 100 but, the reality that he succeeded in all of his attempts as in every trial he learns something new. Something that makes him one step closer to achieve what he wants. He learned small details that helped him to reach his objective, that is why we cannot say that he fails, or he is a failure because in every single trial he successes. Fail means stop trying so, We would say that he fails if he stopped trying but, he was persisting on success. He believes in his abilities that he can do it. He was the flame that always looks for and motivates him to move forward. He did not give up or thought that he won’t achieve his goal. So, to be a successful and great man like him you have to be the flame inside yourself that always pushes you forward. You don’t have to do great things to be like him or a successful man just you can do small things in a great way. Doing little things can make a big difference, also big things often have small beginnings. Finally, to be a great man it's up to you.

To all those who are preparing for college admissions ,
Have u been preparing for the SAT the whole year ?
Are u depressed now because it has been cancelled
Do u want to take the ACT but worried you won't get a good score ?
If u answered to any of those questions, continue reading.

The act is just another standardized test like the SAT used for college admissions in USA and Canada and many other European institutions accept it.
The ACT is composed of 4 sections:
1)English, which corresponds to the writing section in the SAt.
2)reading, yes the same as the one in the SAT but with few simple differences
3)math , but in the ACT calculator is allowed to be used in the whole section
4) instead of a no calculator math section in the SAT , there is a science section.

So probably some will think the science section requires you to study physics and chemistry and so on,
But luckily, this section is not what u think. In science section, the technique of the questions is very similar to the Reading section. Instead of a social science passage or a history one , u will see a passage that for instance addresses a study a group of scientists made and they just concluded some results.
Your mission is to answer the questions about this passage and u will determine the answer from it aslo so u don't need that much science information.
If your are good at science, it will surely help , and u can read an article of a science magazine every day , but the point it is not like a subject SAT test , it is just you answer with the help of the science information in the passage.

To conclude, ACT is very similar to the SAT. If you are already getting good SAT scores , you will probably do the same in ACT with some practice on the few differences between the two tests.

We also have a bunch of links down that contain some of the most important and famous books used for preparing for the ACT.

Remember, the more earlier you begin preparing, the higher score you will get.
