🔹 Behind the Mission: CLA Board Spotlight
Heather Eggert, CLA Board Member

We’re excited to continue our CLA Board Spotlight Series by introducing board member, Heather Eggert.

Heather is the Managing Partner at Henry & Beaver, LLP and has been involved in supporting our community for many years. She joined the Lebanon Foundation in June 2017 and continued her service when the organization merged into what is now the Community of Lebanon Association.

Heather serves on the CLA Board because she believes Lebanon is a wonderful place to live and work and wants others to experience that same sense of pride in our community. She is passionate about helping change the narrative surrounding the City and being part of positive efforts that continue to move Lebanon forward.

Heather is especially passionate about downtown revitalization. With her business located in the heart of the City, she is excited by opportunities that help local businesses thrive and strengthen downtown Lebanon.

While Music Fest will always hold a special place for her, Heather also enjoys the CLA Car Show 🚗 — especially seeing so many people come downtown and enjoy the city during the summer months.

One of Heather’s favorite local places is the Lebanon Community Library. She has been visiting since childhood, studied there while preparing for the bar exam, and still enjoys using the library today 📚

Aaron Camara, CLA Board Member

We’re excited to continue our CLA Board Spotlight Series by introducing board member, Aaron Camara.

Aaron serves as President of Lebanon Building Supply, President of Monarch Enterprise Inc., Partner at Iron Forge Enterprises, and is a real estate developer with a long-standing investment in the City of Lebanon. He has been involved with the Community of Lebanon Association since 2023, bringing both professional experience and a strong commitment to the future of the city.

Aaron shares that his connection to Lebanon goes back over a decade. Since 2013, he has invested in the community and developed meaningful relationships along the way. He credits the people of Lebanon — their support, authenticity, and strong sense of community — as a major part of his success. Serving on the CLA Board is his way of giving back and continuing to contribute to the city’s growth in a meaningful way.

He is especially passionate about the revitalization of downtown Lebanon and has enjoyed seeing the positive momentum build year after year. He also appreciates the CLA’s beautification efforts, noting how the flower baskets and planters bring life and energy to the city.

When it comes to events, Aaron’s favorite is the CLA Car Show 🚗, and he also enjoys spending time at local spots like Timeless Cafe — a go-to for morning meetings and a great place to experience the charm and architecture of downtown.

🔹 Behind the Mission: CLA Board Spotlight

Greg Bracale, CLA Board Member

We’re excited to continue our CLA Board Spotlight Series by introducing longtime board member, Greg Bracale.

Greg serves as Practice Administrator at Bouquet Mulligan DeMaio Eye Professionals and has been involved with the Community of Lebanon Association for approximately 15 years. A past President of the CLA, Greg has played an important role in shaping the organization and its impact on the community over the years.

Greg often jokes that he didn’t choose the board — the board chose him. After suggesting the idea of a downtown music festival to then-President Ray Mallay, he quickly found himself helping bring that vision to life and becoming an active member of the CLA. His leadership and involvement helped establish the Music Fest as a memorable community event.

Greg is known as someone who consistently shows up — not just for the events themselves, but for the behind-the-scenes work that makes them successful. From event setup to ex*****on, his dedication and willingness to pitch in wherever needed make a lasting impact.

He is especially passionate about creating a vibrant downtown where people can gather, enjoy local businesses, and appreciate the beauty of the city. His involvement with the CLA’s beautification efforts — including the care and upkeep of the downtown flower baskets and planters — helps bring color and life to Lebanon each season.

While the Music Fest holds a special place for Greg, he now especially enjoys the behind-the-scenes work that goes into the CLA Lebanon Holiday Parade 🎄, helping bring one of the community’s most loved traditions to life.

🧹 Giving Back to Our Community 🧹

This morning, members of the Community of Lebanon Association Board and volunteers were proud to participate in the United Way Day of Caring, spending time helping with a downtown cleanup.

It’s always rewarding to roll up our sleeves and give back to the community we care so much about. Small efforts like these help keep Downtown Lebanon welcoming, vibrant, and a place we can all be proud of.

Thank you to the United Way for organizing such a meaningful day of service—and to everyone who came out to make a difference!

✂️☕ What a great time celebrating Buddy's Breakfast and Lunch!

The CLA was proud to host a ribbon cutting this week for Buddy’s as they officially opened their new downtown Lebanon location on N. 8th Street. It’s always exciting to see a beloved local business continue to grow and invest in our community.

Buddy’s, owned by Antonio Lambakis, has long been a favorite here in Lebanon, and their new space is the perfect spot to enjoy all your breakfast and lunch favorites—from breakfast sandwiches to their popular Buddy’s Breakfast Platter (and yes… all-day breakfast! 🥓🍳).

A big thank you to everyone who joined us, including our CLA Board members, community supporters, and local officials who came out to help celebrate this special milestone.

If you haven’t stopped by yet, be sure to check them out and support this great local business!
