Grace Center for Maternal and Women’s Health Grace Center for Maternal & Women’s Health is a faith based Medical non-profit organization in Berlin Maryland.

The Center serves clients from the Maryland Eastern Shore, the Virginia peninsula and southern Delaware. The Grace Center is a 501-(C)(3) organization located in Berlin, MD. Programs offered include
• Hospital grade hCG urine pregnancy tests
• Limited ultrasound examinations
• Parenting classes offered through our L.E.A.P. Program.
• Patient education including prenatal care, growth and developme

nt, labor and
• Trauma-informed therapeutic services, each meeting twice a month:
* “Young Moms of the Lower Shore” - Provide guidance to young mothers to
handle everyday challenges of motherhood.
* “Women Empowering Women” – Creates a safe space for Mom’s with children
effected by drugs and/or alcohol addictions.
* “Mother’s Circle” - Support for pregnant women or postpartum moms
experiencing depression and anxiety symptoms.
• Post-miscarriage and post-abortion support for those suffering losses
• Registered Nurse home visits for postpartum support, in-home newborn care
lessons and breastfeeding support
• Gracie’s Baby Boutique for moms/dads to earn new baby items such as
baby clothes, car seats, “Pack and Play”, diapers, and other maternity/baby items
through “Points” issued to reward clients for participation in relevant programs.
• Trauma-informed education to the community
• Rise Program helping parents improve their ability to provide for their family:
Assisting with obtaining GED, trade skills and certification in conjunction with
Workforce Development.
• Access to resources such as emergency housing, rent and utility assistance, gift
cards for food or gas, Medicaid, access to ecucation/job training and other
services

The Grace Center receives funding through individual community donors, gifts in kind, grants, and fundraisers. We count on donations to fund our services and support our overhead cost.
