Anyone going into the Fall & Winter season with the goal of improving their physical health journey? We are looking to gather a bit of interest around a group of fellow travelers on this road to encourage each other, learn new tools, invite God's healing into our views of our body and our relationship with food, etc.

Groups will begin at the end of September or the beginning of October on a Monday or Wednesday night.

Starting April 27th or 28th, our new group. Consider joining us for a new kind of group. We will be journey together for 12-weeks pursuing creativity as a spiritual practice. We will be using the book "The Artist's Way" by Julia Cameron to guide our time. Registrations will determine whether virtual, in-person or both will be offered on Sunday and/or Monday nights at 6:30 p.m.

It will run on Monday evenings at 6:30 through April 7 and is for women only this time around.

You are invited to participate in this Restore My Soul Ministries activity.

What: Read & meditate on God’s word during the 2024 Christmas season.

We will use the Bible Project “Advent” Reading Plan from the YouVersion Bible App.

The schedule:
Week 1 ~ December 1 through 7
Week 2 ~ December 8 through 14
Week 3 ~ December 15 through 21
Week 4 ~ December 22 through 28
