Phulpati Welfare society-PWS Phulpati welfare society-PWS is a non-governmental, non-profit, non-political organization with secular religious view. Objectives :

PWS had emerged back in 2053 BS and registered in 2055 BS by the effort of some energetic youths and development lover's of Patheka, Khotang with the aim to promote social, economical, political, cultural life of people and to insure rights of all. A brief introduction of PWS is furnished below. Introduction:
"Nawayuba Phulpati Sewa Samaj" Phulpati Welafre Society in English and PWS

in short is a non-profit making, non-governmental organization without any religious, racial and political affiliation. Organization was founded back in 2055 B.S. by few energetic and enthusiastic youth development lover of Patheka VDC with the prime propose of the overall development of various dimension of community. In recent times PWS had been mobilizing community and working on different sector like health service, education and literacy program, sports and youth development, agriculture and environmental, it also advocate on different level for the establishment of human right by cooperating and coordinating with different likeminded organization, line agencies, VDCs, DDC and donors. Vision:
PWS envision sound, self dependent and equitable society. Mission:
To empower capacities of disadvantages communities, improve education, health and increase opportunities of employment for the acquisition of basic human rights. Goal:
To establish empower and capacitated community by gradual improvement of health, education and economic status. Purpose:
To increase capacity of disadvantages communities for the demand raising, access and control over the basic human rights and other opportunities. Implementation of various activities for the development of modern farming technologies, skill development, entrepreneurship development and to create self employment for the reduction of poverty.
2. Establishment of peace, non- discriminatory and literate society by the means of social mobilization, education and awareness.
3. Reduction of disaster risk emerged from natural and human activities with perspective of sustainable development and environmental protection.
4. Ensure access and rights of differently able, women, children, aged and other disadvantaged through social mobilization, awareness against discrimination, pressure and social campaign.
5. Organize various sports, youth development and socio-cultural events and activities for awareness, leadership and capacity development.
6. Coordinate and collaborate with different governmental, nongovernmental organization and donor for the mobilization of fund and implementation of different activities. General Directives Guidelines :
