The Prep Football Community lost a great one Ronnie Rose. He was one the original members of the PGC & a big supporter of the Prep!

His infectious personality along with his big laugh drew in everyone around him.

Rest easy Ronnie you will be greatly missed, HZF!

Ronnie was born on August 6th, 1978 and passed away on January 9th, 2026 at the age of 47

Seton Hall Prep mourns the passing of William Fitzgerald, Sr., father of Varsity Football Coach William Fitzgerald, Jr., and father-in-law of Director of Campus Ministry, Daniel Ferrari ’00. A legend in the football community, Coach William Fitzgerald, Sr. came out of retirement one last time in 2018 to join his son Bill at The Prep, and we were grateful to have such a respected and legendary educator and coach grace our sidelines. Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Fitzgerald family. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation on Thursday, October 24, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at S.J. Priola Parsippany Funeral Service, Lake Hiawatha, NJ. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, October 25, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Mount Carmel R.C. Church, Boonton, NJ.
