Inner Warrior Spirit Inner Warrior Spirit promotes healing from the invisible wounds of trauma in an inclusive welcoming safe space.

We teach mindfulness meditation to local groups and host workshops as well as individual coaching sessions. We are also working with the incarserated, veteran, and youth populations. We believe it takes a village to heal our wounds. This is why we welcome collaborations of all kinds and are open to infinite possibilities where healing can and will happen.
