But they're not - they're taking part in the Walk For Him Challenge to raise awareness for prostate cancer and they'll be pounding the pavement bright and early all week! 🚶🏼‍♂️

Have you spotted a few of our committee members wandering the streets of Warragul at all hours of the morning and wondered if they've lost the plot?

Don't worry - they haven't.

They're getting ready for the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia's Walk For Him challenge next week as part of Men's Health Week (15–21 June).

Prostate cancer affects far too many men and families. By raising awareness and funds, we can help improve outcomes and support vital research.

So we're lacing up our shoes and walking for the blokes in our lives. Walking for earlier detection. Walking for better outcomes. Walking for zero deaths from prostate cancer.

Congratulations to A Girls' Day Out - Warragul on raising a whopping $210,000 this year!

We were proud to get behind this great local event by becoming a sponsor and sending a group of incredibly hardworking women from the West Gippsland Healthcare Group to attend.

Proud to see another fantastic free community event come together today, with Baw Baw Big Blokes BBQ supporting Mindfull Aus to deliver the ‘Healthy Heads Workplace’ session for our local business community.

Bringing more than 150 local business people together on a Friday lunchtime is no easy feat, but Matt Runnalls continues to put enormous effort into creating events that genuinely make an impact across Baw Baw.

We also had the privilege of hearing from Lachlan Stuart, whose story and insights around goals, discipline, standards and mindset gave everyone plenty to take away both professionally and personally.
