A huge thanks to Fingal County Council parks department and Councillor Tania Doyle. Ongar Ward Fingal County for sorting out some fantastic plants and covering to compliment the recent addition of the large planter box.

We spoke to them previously about this and some other issues and they were happy to help.

This area in particular was just a space that always looked full of litter and untidy.

I think we all agree a much better solution now

Evening all, John here from the RA. I know we’ve been quiet over the past few months, but we have recently met up again and picked up on a few items we are working on. We will be holding our AGM at the end of Oct/Nov and will send out our report and accounts showing where we spent the funds we got. However for now we think it might be worthwhile having a quick estate clean up. We are looking at Saturday 30th Sept from 3-5pm. Hope to see you then

Thanks to those who came out and helped with the clean up earlier. We didn’t quite get to cover all that was needed to be done.

We have now placed the first of our two planter boxes at the top of the Avenue. We have also filled them ready for planting but are asking residents to participate and plant any spare potting plants they have.

Happy Easter to all from the RA.

We are planning our next estate clean-up for next Saturday 15th April at 3pm. We will have bags, gloves, pickers so we just need you to come along and help us tidy up the estate We are also looking to set out and plant our new planter boxes.

Hope to see any many as possible on the 15th
