We oppose Four Labour Codes in present format. We express our shock and anguish over reluctance of Government of India in building consensus on contentious provisions of all four Labour Codes. We lodge strong protests against implementation of these Codes despite objections raised by overwhelming majority of workers. We call upon members to observe 1st April, 2026 as black day. Wear black badge or black arm ribbon/ band to register protest thereagainst. Unite and fight retrograde labour codes.

Calls upon members to rise in protest against denial of due share in profit. Members are to take recourse to protest actions. Make sit- in Dharna in front of all Zonal Offices of Bank of India on 24 March, 2026 and Full Day Stay Out Strike in the bank on 30 March, 2026 to express deep anguish over double standard and anti- workmen policy mindset of the management and the Government combine. Unite and raise collective voice.

FOBOISU urges upon the management of Bank of India to recruit CSAs in adequate number to relieve existing CSAs from drudgery of job, recruit substaff, consider granting due share in profit, stop violation of the settlements/ Awards and abandon anti-workman policy mindset.
