UnderCurrents is an academic journal that explores relations among environment, culture, and society. They are committed to publishing a variety of scholarly, creative, and activist work that critically engages with conceptions of the environment and seeks to break down traditional interpretations of the world around us. They are accepting work from across disciplines and are interested in pieces that examine relations among humans and more-than-human beings, natural and built environments, and social and cultural movements.

We are hosting a very insightful discussion with Gideon Forman on how to address the climate crisis!

Gideon Forman is the climate change and transportation analyst for the renowned David Suzuki Foundation!😮

The session will be an interactive 50 min discussion about how students can address the climate crisis.

The schedule of the session:
🌍Overview cause and effect of the climate crisis
🗣️Discussion of the practical ways that students can address it.
