Meet our Member of the Month, Lindsay Codispoti!

Lindsay Codispoti, originally from Princeton and currently residing in Ewing, NJ, is a seasoned professional with over 15 years in the corporate world as a sales executive at companies including Indeed and LinkedIn. She is now the founder and CEO of The Leo Project 2050, an AI HR tech startup dedicated to quantifying corporate culture as a strategic asset. Lindsay holds a Master’s degree in HR Development from Villanova University and a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University. Committed to empowering women, Lindsay actively supports women-led businesses and assists survivors of domestic violence in regaining their confidence and independence through career development, education, and financial stability. She is excited to join the BWNICE Mercer County chapter and contribute to its growth while raising awareness for its important cause. Lindsay is also a mother to her two children, Sofia (3) and Leo (9), and continues to be an influential leader in the tech and community service sectors.

Providence House Domestic Violence Services is holding a Back to School Drive to help their families kick off the new school year in a positive way. You can be a part of this effort by making a donation. Your contribution will help provide essential school supplies, backpacks, and other items that will help their families feel confident and prepared for the school year ahead.

The deadline for donations is Friday, August 16th! Your donation, no matter how big or small, will make a tremendous impact on the families they serve. Thank you for your generosity and support!

Meet our Member of the Month, Johanna Mircarelli!

Johanna Micarelli is currently a resident of Bensalem, Bucks County, PA. She moved to South Florida from South Jersey in 2002 to start her career in Real Estate Appraising at the age of 20. She also traveled with FEMA for 12 years doing housing inspections for numerous disasters.
