The Dulnain Bridge Community Development Trust will hold its AGM on Monday 8 December at 7.30 pm in the Village Hall. All villagers are welcome.

1) Welcome and introductions. Minute writer, quorum check.

2) Apologies for absence

4) Treasurer’s report

5) Election of Trustees (Existing trustees automatically resign at the meeting and unless otherwise agreed at this meeting are automatically re-elected) Other nominations can be received before or at this meeting.

6) Election of Chairman and Treasurer. Any Trustee can stand for election for these posts.

7) Agree outline plan for the next 12 months, What do we want to achieve? Communications plan. Succession strategy. Key milestones.

Thank you to the team of villagers, and one volunteer from Nethy Bridge, who have removed the barriers from the bridge and installed a chain instead, tidying up the vegetation and weeds at the same time.

Thank you to whoever tidied up the plastic barriers on the bridge today. Unfortunate timing as a gang of us are are planning to take them away this afternoon and replace with a more tasteful safety chain.

REMINDER- VILLAGE TIDY UP - THIS SUNDAY (27 OCTOBER) - 1-3PM

Can you spare 1-2 hours to help support a tidy up around the village? The following activities have been identified including:

1. Weeding outside and around the Dulnain Bridge Village Hall
2. Weeding at Farm Machinery display at the edge of the village
3. Re-Fixing concrete posts at the Farm Machinery
4. Tidying up the flower tubs around the village for the winter (and possibly planting some spring bulbs)
5. Replace front of stage tape in the Hall

The hall will be open to provide teas and coffees. This will be weather dependent but if anyone has a spare 1-2 hours outside of this date and would like to tackle any of these activities please feel free to do so. We want to keep this village looking beautiful.
