Many of you who have been on our El Salvador teams in the early years will remember Juan Esteban .... coordinating our team trips ... leading kids in a fun rendition of sharky sharky ... and just being a wonderful partner in these growth years.

As the 2025 program year closes, we give thanks to our village leaders for the year just completed and a little encouragement to continue with us in the coming year.
Our village leaders volunteer their time to help our partners at UVM coordinate our programs in the most successful manner within the villages we serve. Many of these leaders have been with us since the inception of our program back in 2002! They are friends as well as partners. As a token of our appreciation, UVM provided each leader with a gift card they can redeem for food at the local market.

You may recall Melvin, the child that was badly injured in a fall a while back. Your prayers do get answered! Melvin is recovering well. He and his father attended UVM's year-end celebration.

The villages and families N3R's Education and Medical Needs programs have served in 2025.
We are thankful for your donations! .... You gave N3R and UVM the opportunity to help 210 children progress in their studies and 57 children with special health needs this past year.

2025 Year-end Celebration.
On November 30, our partners at Una Vida Mejor (UVM) gave thanks for a successful 2025 program year by hosting the families we serve to a year-end celebration in Nahuizalco.
As is appropriate for thanksgiving, every family we serve went home with a supply of beans and rice sufficient to feed a family of 5 for 2 weeks and children received toys donated by UVM members and friends.
Join us in a very special thanks to the team at UVM for being the essentially beautiful volunteers that administer our programs so well each year!

We provide education assistance to students, including special needs children attending local schools or special education programs. Our assistance funds also help ensure children with various physical and mental impairments get the medical attention they need.

A few months ago, we reached out to 128 churches in the Pacific North West. Our hope was that if 20 of those churches would donate $1000, N3R would be able to avoid a reduction in our 2026 education program budget. As we approach Thanksgiving, please consider what your church might do to help the N3R kids in El Salvador.

Remember ... 100% of what we receive goes to El Salvador to assist kids in poverty to get a complete education and to assist kids with special health care needs reach fuller lives in their communities.
