What to Do

1. Registration

Qualified students may now begin registration through the BROEd Online Portal. After registering, generate and print your BROEd Application Form.

Important Note:
While waiting for the validated list to be uploaded to the portal, students are advised to print, accomplish, and submit the temporary BROEd Form together with the required documents. Once the portal is fully available, online registration is still required to ensure that each student has an official profile in the system.

2. Documentary Requirements

Applicants must submit the following documents together with the printed BRO-Ed Form:

a. Letter addressed to the Governor stating the student’s name, course, year level, school, reason for applying, and justification for being deserving of a scholarship.
b. Assessment or Enrollment Form (1st Semester, AY 2025–2026)
c. Certificate of Indigency
d. Grades:
For 1st year students: High School Card (photocopy)
For higher year students: 2nd Semester AY 2024–2025 Certificate of Grades (original, signed and stamped by the school)
e. 2 × 2 ID picture
f. Voter’s Certificate

3. Submission

Completed application forms and documentary requirements shall be submitted to the SK Chairperson, who will endorse them to the Local Youth Development Office (LYDO) or SK Federation President (SKFP) on or before January 12, 2026.

4. Final Endorsement

The LYDO or SKFP shall consolidate and submit all applications and supporting documents to the Provincial Youth Development Office (PYDO).

📸 HIGHLIGHTS | BRO SCHOLARSHIP PAYOUT

The Lider ni BRO – Naguilian Chapter successfully conducted the BRO Scholarship Payout earlier today at the Minallo Community Center, serving a total of 1,282 scholars — 711 for the 1st Semester and 571 for the 2nd Semester. 🎓✨

We were honored by the presence of the Vice Governor of Isabela, Hon. Francis Faustino “Kiko” Dy, who shared a heartwarming message for our scholars.

We also thank our Municipal Mayor, Hon. Edgar Capuchino, for delivering an inspiring message that uplifted and motivated our students.

🙏 Thank you to everyone who took part in today’s activity and helped ensure a smooth and successful payout. Your cooperation and support continue to strengthen our shared commitment to accessible and meaningful educational assistance.
