SOW RISE Team-Bonding

As part of its continuing trauma healing and empowerment formation program, the SOW community organized a team-bonding and outing for its members and their families. The activity provided a valuable opportunity for fellowship, relationship-building, and mutual support, helping to strengthen the bonds within the community.

Everyone enjoyed a variety of recreational activities, including boat rides and time spent in floating bamboo houses. For some members and their families, it was their first experience visiting the beach, making the outing especially memorable and meaningful. The day was filled with laughter, joy, and shared experiences, and everyone returned home happy and refreshed.

My Personal Development Plan

The youth were guided through a meaningful process of reflecting deeply on their personal vision, comparing who they are today with who they aspire to become.

Through meditation, creative artwork, and personal sharing, they were able to identify their present struggles, hopes, and goals. This reflective journey also helped them envision their future selves—stronger, more fulfilled, and having overcome many of their current challenges.

Most participants expressed a shared desire for a better life, not only for themselves but also for their families—highlighting their hope, resilience, and commitment to growth. 🌱

SOW RISE Program Launch

We are happy to share the launching of the RISE Program last February 15! The response from our members was overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing excitement for the new formation sessions ahead.

RISE (Resilience, Inspire, Serve, Empower) is a holistic formation journey designed to strengthen families, nurture personal healing, deepen spiritual growth, and empower individuals to become a source of inspiration and service in their communities.

This program is designed as a holistic formation journey, guiding participants through personal healing, spiritual growth, self- empowerment, and active social engagement. It is structured into five interconnected modules, each building on the foundations of the previous.

As we celebrate SOW’s 10th anniversary this year, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to our partner organizations for their continued support and solidarity. Together, we rise. 💛
