Jayla is my daughter who was born with chronic kidney disease.This team was created through the NJ Sharing Network for their Celebration of Life 5k to raise awareness for organ and tissue donation.

Year 8 is in the books for us celebrating life with the NJ Sharing Network! So thankful for our team members who showed up today we had a really nice time! We are also very thankful for everyone who donated to team Jaylas Journey so far, but there’s still plenty of time to make a life saving contribution from now until the end of August!
