RecBoard is an exciting, student-run organization within Montclair State University’s Department of Campus Recreation. Since its founding in 1999, RecBoard has hosted a wide variety of Special Events and opportunities for community service, all in an effort to live up to its motto, “Have Fun, Get Involved, Make a Difference.” We hold general body meetings every Friday at 2:30pm in the Student Center Cafeteria B&C.

Wanna get something extra for that special someone? Join us at University Hall at 3pm as we help spread the love this Valentines.

All proceeds will be donated to the Covenant House to help spread awareness for teen homelessness.

Hello Everyone!! This coming March we will be having our annual MSU Sleep Out! This event is an opportunity for participants to discuss, think and learn about teen homelessness.

Every year we stride to improve and adapt new elements, and for this year we hope to raise $5,000 to give youths from the Covenant House the opportunity to come to our campus and share their personal experiences with us all.

We’d greatly appreciate if you’re able, to donate whatever you can to help us reach our goal and make this Sleep Out the best it can possibly be. To donate click here or go to our bio.

Join RecBoard as we take a trip to Montclair Fire Department in honor of MLK Day of Service on Monday, Jan 16th from 9am - 3pm (Community Service hours will be provided).

Join us as we go into the neighborhood and hand out fire alarms to the locals as we also take a deep dive into fire safety.

All donations will be delivered to the Father English Community Center in Patterson, NJ during our Holiday Food Service!

You can drop off all donations at the Student Recreation Center Lobby.

Students have an opportunity to be paired with a child living with a disability for a day fun activities in the Student Recreation Center.

There will be 2 buddies per child (with 50 children per session) so grab a friend and sign up now!
