I want to thank everyone for their patience with the results. Somehow during the sync with RaceRoster we started getting the emergency contact name in as "Athlete Type" for many of the participants about half way through the check-in process. The problem is that the "Overall Male/Female" divisions were set up to only allow "Runner" athlete types. So when we were 'syncing' the participants down, those that that had their athlete type switched to their emergency contact name were no longer eligible for the overall awards. When we discovered the issue I quickly switched the Half and 10K overall awards division to allow "All" athlete types, but I somehow missed fixing this for the 5K. This kind of mistaken shouldn't have happened, and wont happen again.

I also tried linking the video to the results and that was a no-go too, so here is a direct YouTube link to the finish line video. The camera was at the start until after the 8am 5K start. So anyone finishing before 8am unfortunately isn't in the video. Next year I'll have a dedicated camera for the start.
