WE COULDN’T LEAVE THEM BEHIND. ❤️

When Molly made it to safety, everyone celebrated. But our hearts were still at the shelter… because her sisters, Mia and Evie, were still there.

We kept seeing their faces. We kept thinking about them waiting, wondering why their sister was gone and they weren’t.

We simply couldn’t leave them behind.

Today, because of the incredible people who stand beside this rescue, Mia and Evie are SAFE. They will never have to face the terror of the euthanasia room. Their lives have been spared, and their future is finally filled with hope instead of fear.

Just as the Good Shepherd left the ninety-nine to rescue the one, we believe every dog deserves a chance. We refuse to leave anyone behind.

Three sisters entered the shelter together. Today, all three have been given the chance they deserved—a chance to be loved, to heal, and to find families who will never abandon them again.

Save our Sheps rescue is looking for a foster/adopter for Hart! He is a calmer and sweet 7 year old shepherd and he is dog friendly! He was never picked up at a shelter in Los Angeles and was going to be euthanized. Can you help? He is neutered and vaccinated. Pm me if interested.

Please welcome Hart❤️‍🩹 He waited. And waited.

Hart was labeled as a 4-year-old shepherd at the shelter… but after looking at his previous microchip, we learned this sweet soul is actually turning 8 years old. Eight years old and abandoned. Left behind like he didn’t matter.

By the time we found him, Hart was already past due for euthanasia. His body tells the story of severe arthritis, stiff joints, pain with every step — yet somehow his heart is still full of love. He leans in for affection, looks at you with trusting eyes, and wags his tail like the world has never hurt him. Unfortunately, time will tell if he has cancer…. Our foster woke up to him tearing off his cone and chewing open his healed wound. He is at vet getting emergency care and a bone biopsy procedure because his leg is suspicious to have CANCER. We will get the biopsy back in a couple of days. Either way we plan to fight and help make him comfortable and the BEST LIFE❤️‍🩹.

We made it just in time. One more day and Hart wouldn’t be here.

Now he needs a chance to finally know comfort, warmth, and what it feels like to be truly loved. We want his senior years to be filled with soft beds, good meals, medical care, and kindness instead of a cold shelter floor and a countdown clock.
