NLPOA Las Vegas September 18-21 2024: We participated in numerous classes, endured long days of training, networked extensively, and still had an amazing time!

The event was a perfect balance of professional development and personal enjoyment, filled with valuable insights, engaging speakers, and opportunities to connect with like-minded individuals.

A special highlight was Deputy Chief A. Mendoza receiving the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award, honoring a career of dedication and service. NLPOA ACC Treasurer Ofc. R. Resendiz accepted the award on her behalf.

We left feeling energized, inspired, and excited for what’s to come in our chapter!
