الشبكة النسوية "نور ايميسا" التي أقرها أعضاء الفريق في 25\8\2021 في ( حمص )
مع تنامي دور العمل المجتمعي في دعم العدالة و المساواة بين الرجال والنساء، وحمايتهن من التعرض لأي شكل من أشكال العنف، قامت مجموعة من السيدات المؤمنات بالمساواة التامة بين النساء والرجال وحماية النساء من العنف بتأسيس مجموعة مجتمعية تسعى إلى تحقيق هذه المبادئ منذ عام 2020 وأطلقت عليها اسم نور ايميسا
وهي مجموعة / فريق تطوعي
غير حكومي وغير ربحي مستقل، مؤمن بمبادئ المساواة والعدالة الجندرية
-رسالة الفريق:
شبكة نسوية من مختلف أطياف المجتمع، تسعى لتحقيق العدالة وتمكين المرأة، و من المشاركة الفاعلة في صنع واتخاذ القرار، وتعديل المفاهيم والقوانين السائدة القائمة على التمييز.
-قيم الفريق
الإحترام : الإحترام المتبادل بين أعضاء الفريق ولإختلاف الآراء والتعددية.
اللاعنف: نبذ أي نوع من أنواع العنف (داخل الفريق – أو خارجه).
الشفافية: التعامل دوما بشفافية بين أعضاء الفريق واعتباره من أهم المبادئ باتخاذ القرارات.
المساءلة: تفعيل مبدأ المساءلة والمحاسبة والتي هي من أهم محاور تطوير العدالة ضمن الفريق والتي أيضاً تمثل سيادة القانون ضمن المجتمع.الصدق والأمانة بالتعامل بين أعضاء الفريق ومع الآخرين.
التعاون: التعاون الوثيق بين أعضاء الفريق وحتى المناصرين والأصدقاء والداعمين لتحقيق الأهداف السامية التي آمن بها جميع الاعضاء.
الإلتزام: الالتزام بقيم ومبادئ الفريق، وبالعمل الجاد لتحقيق الأهداف المنشودة. يلتزم الفريق في معرض قيامه بنشاطاته بمبادئ المساواة والعدالة الجندرية
