COVID-19 has changed all our lives. As students, we are constantly trying to balance the stress from exams, family time, and job applications. But with the pandemic, these worries and stressors have only increased.
According to a study conducted at Texas A&M University, students now expressed fears and worries about their own health an of their loved ones, difficulty in concentrating, disruptions to sleeping patterns, decreased social interactions due to physical distancing and increased concerns on academics performance.
