Further to our previous announcement, the date for Salat al-Eid al-Fitr has now been confirmed.

Saturday, March 21, 2026
(Based on the announcement of the Ruyat Hilal Committee Japan and Malaysia)

9:00 AM

📍 Location (Weather Permitting):
Kasin Park, Hirakawa
Yamaguchi City, Yamaguchi Prefecture

🌧 In Case of Rain:
International House
Yoshida Campus, Yamaguchi University
Yamaguchi City

🕌 Please bring your prayer mat and arrive early.

🙏 Kindly use only designated areas, avoid gathering in undesignated places, and do not park in undesignated areas to prevent any inconvenience to others.

Dear brothers and sisters, Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh,

According to the Ruet-e-Hilal Committee of Japan, the first day of Ramadan will be day after tomorrow, Thursday, February 19th.

Alhamdulillah, Allah (SWT) once again gave us the blessing to reach this holy month. May Allah accept our fasting, prayers, and duas, and make this Ramadan a source of mercy and forgiveness for all of us.

We are pleased to announce the first-ever Islamic Cultural Exchange in Yamaguchi City, organized by the Yamaguchi Muslim Community and the Chiba Islamic Cultural Center.

This program is mainly intended for Japanese participants, and we kindly ask community members to invite Japanese friends and colleagues. Priority will be given to Japanese non-Muslims; Muslim participants may join if seats remain available.
