On Sunday we had our annual parade and church service around Newtownards town centre!

Thank you for all who lined the streets to support and cheer on all our boys and officers.

in 1883 - 143 years ago - William Alexander Smith Founded the Boys’ Brigade in Glasgow.

From the Founder the Boys’ Brigade was then carried and spread across the country and then the world often by one person much like Christian Faith was spread by the disciples of Christ.

Later today we will help Aberdeen & District Battalion celebrate 140 years of the BB in the city!

A little reminder that this year Founder’s Day will be celebrated on the 25th October linked to William Smith's birthday on the 27th.

The 4th October marks the anniversary of the BB starting in 1883.

⚓ Explore the Meaning of the Anchor!

Created in partnership with Logos Ministries International (LMI), this one-night programme resource will help you lead an engaging session exploring the significance of the anchor in Christianity and within The Boys' Brigade.

Through this resource, boys will discover how the anchor connects to the BB motto, "Sure & Steadfast", and what it means for their faith and everyday lives.
