Thank you to the Bandon Rotary Club for inviting me, as Miss Coos County, to share my Community Service Initiative, Menomentum. It was an honor to speak with community members of all ages and backgrounds about the importance of menopause awareness, education, and research. One of my favorite parts of the conversation was seeing high school students, an OB/GYN Doctor, community leaders, and postmenopausal women all engaging in the same discussion, proving that menopause is not just a women’s issue, but a community conversation. By creating spaces for education and open dialogue, we can reduce stigma, increase understanding, and empower future generations with knowledge. Thank you for welcoming me and supporting this important mission. 💜✨

One of the reasons I felt so at home in the Miss America Organization was its commitment to service and its partnership with Go Red for Women❤️ As a proud Alpha Phi alumna it means so much to be part of communities that actively invest in women’s heart health and empower women to make a difference. During my time in undergrad at UC Davis, I loved helping plan philanthropy events and contributing to fundraising efforts for the Alpha Phi Foundation, so seeing those dollars support groundbreaking research and community programs through the 2026 Heart to Heart Grants is incredibly rewarding. Congratulations to this year’s recipients for advancing innovative solutions that will improve cardiovascular health outcomes for women across the country. When women invest in women, the impact is truly life-changing❤️🫀

🎙️✨ MENO Monday Episode 5 is here!
This week, we’re discussing the barriers menopause public health programs face, from limited research funding and provider education gaps to the stigma that keeps too many women from getting the support they need.
Real change happens when communities get involved. By raising awareness, sharing resources, and advocating for better menopause education and research, we can help move menopause care forward together. 💜
