With formation of Federation on 14th November,1972. The good things started happening successively. The things which were thought never could happen and the new benefits which were never thought of were brought in by the progressive and innovative thinking of leadership of Federation. The Coronation of Federation as Great achiever happened with the Crown of Pension Scheme which has become the most beneficial factor for the employees enabling them to lead an economically independent life after retirement. Federation has been beacon light leading the Insurance movement to safeguard not only the interests of the employees but also of the institution i.e., LIC of India.
What we are today is all because of the struggles and sacrifices of earlier generation of leaders of All India LIC Employees Federation.
On this 53rd anniversary of Federation Foundation Day
I extend my greetings to all the members who are either in service or retired as well as those ex-members, who were part of Federation before going up in the ladder of Career.
