What’s Jegna?
A 501(c)(3) non-profit, Jegna is a flagship program of People to People that recognizes the potential of the Ethiopian diaspora in driving true change in Ethiopia. Using the power of technology and ingenuity, we design programs that enable the diaspora to empower local organizations and individuals in the country. Tailor-made to local needs and individual interests as well as strengths, every project connects talent with volunteer and work opportunities in Ethiopia. Short- or long-term. Remote or in-person. We create opportunities for the next generation diaspora to give back to the country they love.
