Who knew silence could be so loud? 🤫

Our Wednesday session was all about the art of movement! We challenged NRC with a game of "Pass the Message: Body Movement Edition"! Let’s just say some messages got... a little lost in translation! 😆

It was a session filled with non-stop laughter, teamwork, and the fun vibes that makes NRC special. 🙌💜

We went back to the basics, focusing on the fundamentals of movement while also mastering new dance moves.
