All JK Shia Association Delegation Visits Iranian Embassy,Iranian Cultural House, Pays Condolences and Expresses Solidarity with Iran
New Delhi | April 15, 2026: A delegation of the All J&K Shia Association (AJKSA), led by its President Molvi Imran Ansari, visited the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in New Delhi and met Ambassador H E Dr. Mohammad Fathali. The delegation also held a me Dr. Abdul Majid Hakeem Ilahi, representative of Iran's Supreme Leader in India
The delegation expressed deep condolences on the martyrdom of Shaheed Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Hosseini Khamenei (RA), along with other martyrs of Iran who sacrificed their lives in recent incidents. They also paid tribute to the innocent children martyred in the attack on Shajareh Tayyebeh girls elementary school in Minab. Surah Al-Fatiha was recited for all the departed souls.
Speaking on the occasion, Molvi Imran Ansari said the people of Jammu & Kashmir share a deep emotional and spiritual bond with the Islamic Republic of Iran and its leadership. He added that Iran’s resilience, sacrifices, and commitment to justice continue to inspire people across the region. He further said he spoke to the Iranian leadership and conveyed solidarity on behalf of the people of Jammu & Kashmir, and added that the donations made by Kashmiris for the Iranian cause reflect their faith and unity.
He added that Kashmiris have always stood with other oppressed communities like Palestine and will continue to extend moral and humanitarian support wherever needed.
The Iranian Ambassador, Mohammad Fathali, thanked the people of Kashmir for their wholehearted support and donations, stating that such gestures will never be forgotten. He also acknowledged the support extended by the Government of India in many ways, particularly in sending essential medical aid, including two full shipments of medicines during difficult times in Iran.
The delegation also prayed for unity among Muslims and for peace across the world, especially for the people of Palestine and Lebanon facing continued suffering.
The delegation included AJKSA Vice President Molvi Irfan Ansari, AJKSA Spokesperson Sheikh Zakiri, and AJKSA Spokesperson Syed Taib Rizvi, who were part of the visit.
