Today marked 60 years since the assassination of Malcolm X. There are and always will be wide speculation into the why’s and how’s, but we choose to focus on his legacy. From his teachings we understand the fundamental need to be our own first responders. We understand the importance of arming and training our communities to defend ourselves. We understand the we must protect our progress.

Today we remember the life, legacy, and leadership of el-Hajj Malik el-Shabazz, born Malcolm Little, aka Malcolm X. We hope that in the years to come, Malcolm Little makes a great and positive contribution to work still to be done.
