Making a Difference, One Mentor at a Time 💙

We’re so proud of the impact our Community Mentoring Service is having! In a recent survey, 96% of young people said their mentor was kind and caring, and 89% felt their mentor was non-judgmental.

Building trust, offering support, and creating a safe space for young people is at the heart of what we do. 💛 If you know a young person who could benefit from mentoring, we’re here to help!

What Young People Say About Phase 💙

We recently asked the young people we support how they feel about Phase, and their responses speak volumes! Out of 31 responses:

✅ 77% feel heard
✅ 77% feel supported & free from judgment
✅ 71% feel comfortable talking
✅ 48% say Phase is a confidential space
✅ 45% feel valued & important
✅ 39% have built resilience
✅ 45% have made better choices
✅ 19% feel empowered

At Phase, we provide a safe, supportive space where young people can be heard, grow in confidence, and find the guidance they need. 💙

We recently conducted an end of year survey, and the results speak volumes about the importance of trusted relationships in our work with young people:

💙 52% said they had an excellent relationship with their mentor
🤝 45% said they had a good connection with their mentor

That means 97% of young people we support feel a positive bond with their mentor which is something we know is vital in helping them grow in confidence and resilience.

A huge thank you to our incredible mentors for the difference they make every day! 💙

We are incredibly grateful to Thornbury League of Friends for their generous donation to PHASE. It was a pleasure meeting with them before Christmas to share the impact of our work supporting young people and families in the community.

We recently asked the young people we worked with last year for their feedback, and we’re thrilled to share that 93% said they would recommend PHASE to their peers!

This incredible response shows the impact of our mentoring and support services, helping young people feel heard, valued, and empowered. 💙
